Little Miss Mindis Birthday Shes 24 !!!!
See how slow I am her bithday and party were June 17th ....We had a nice small party here at the house..We had 3 kinds of pizza potato salad wtermelon and good company ..I can't believe my little girl is 24 years old .... enjoy the slide show ..

Another good night sleep last night ..I think the diffrence has been a long sleeve shirt vs. short sleep shirt ............Its hot when we go to bed but cold in the early morning ....I have decied he can be a bit warm at night and it seems to be working ..I wish I had more long sleeve shirts for him he has grown out of most of the ones I had ...I did buy a few about 2 months ago Thank goodness.....Just wish they were a bit bigger ......
he is so handsome I swear I have a hard time getting through wal-mart with out his fan club stopping him.....Its really fun and funny how he flirts with people ..Yesterday he kept saying dats`dats`dats for "Whats that?' ...and one lady commented that it sounded like he was saying Aflac you know the insurance commercial through the whole store LOL............
AND I had to re-baby proof the baby proofing AGAIN ...and he can now climb on the couch ....

Sleep I love Sleep !!
Mr Rylan slept pretty well last night only waking up at........ hmmm.......darn........ I can't remember...... I think it was around 2 am then 6 am them 8:30 am ......
OMG I feel so refreshed...He did this last week to....Now Friday and Saturday nights was a different story he was up like every 2 hours ughhh...
We.........LOL.......OK.... No me in that we........ BUT Randy and Casey worked on tearing down our old fence a new one will start going up next week......

VCUG
Rylan did pretty well....
They had suckers there and the x-ray tec asked if he was to little for one and I was all no, lets try, so we gave him the sucker to suck on while they got everything ready he just laid there looking around happy as could be ...........
Of course when they put the cath in he screamed and fought some ...They put some lidocain on in so it wouldn't burn to bad and after they got it in he did suck on his sucker a little more and offered everyone else a taste to LOL...
Then we got out the pinwheel and that kept him busy and quiet for a while, untill we had to turn him from side to side to get more x-rays ....it took about 45 minutes from the time we were called back, till we were done and walking out ....
Good news is that from what we could see the reflux on the grade 4 side looks completely better and the grade 5 side looked smaller/better to us too ..
We will have to wait and see what his ped urologist says when he sees the films/CD but we are confidant that it is looking better ......
We took some pictures and I will put them up later ..
Ryan ped called said the test show reflux of grade 3 on one side and grade 4 on the other ..... I am very interested to see what the urologist says

More Birthday Stuff
Rylan loves eating orange things......... Cheese is his all time favorite !!!! We went to the mall last week, there is a little playground there and Rylan loves the toys....... He was less than happy when we had to leave ..I noticed a vending machine just a little ways from the playground and was able to lure Rylan away with a bag of crunchy cheetos ..Yeah cheetos He LOVES them and potato chips …and french fries …..he is not into sweets at all …He can also drink out of a water bottle perfectly and is doing pretty good with a cup better actually the sippy cups ….Our little guy is growing up so quick here’s some more pictures of him on his actual 1st birthday......We were at the mall some are from the little playground….and some that we had done at pennys

A post about Rylans birthday party !!
I feel bad about making such a lame post about such a exciting day, not to mention I am 2 weeks late doing it !!!
I have just been so busy living life and playing with Rylan and Andrew.. That there is just not much time for writing ....I have to say though, that life is wonderful right now I would never of dreamed I could be so happy or having so much fun....
Rylans birthday was greast fun, Although it was RAINING when I woke up ughhh...... It was cool all day, but at least it didn’t rain after the initial morning rain…..
Lets see we had about 30 people, aunts, uncles, grandmas, grandpas, cousins and friends..
The party started at 3pm and we served hotdogs, chip and soda......
Then we did pinyata ….Pin the tail on the donkey, opened presents, then had cake and ice cream …..
Rylan was in a great mood all day as usuall …
He took a nap and woke up after lots of people were already here and he just couldn’t figure out what everyone was doing at our house at the same time …..
He dug right into his cake, I was worried he would be up all night from all the sugar, but he did very well ..
I can’t believe he is 1 already such a big boy ….

Summer Plans !!!!
I had my girly check~up yesterday..... My doc asked me what plans I had for this summer and it felt good to say "Well I am not pregnant ....I am not trying to get pregnant.... I didn't just have a baby...... I am HAPPY........ so I am just going to enjoy it" .......
Lets see in 2003 I spent the whole summer worrying that the vasectomy reversal didn't work and I would never get pregnant........
Summer 2004 lost Wyatt July 2nd....
Summer 2005 spent worrying I wouldn't get pregnant AGAIN , because I had lost Tegan and Taylor, Their due date was supposed to be July 4th and it was also the first anniversarry of Wyatts death July 2nd...
Summer 2006 I had just had Rylan so I was definatly happy but recovering from a csection and the loss of half my blood so I couldn't do alot of summer~y things .....
Which brings us to now 2007......
I plan to working in my yard planting flowers, window shopping, tearing out the carpet in my house that I hate and putting in new flooring ....SWIM.....and pretty much relax and eat watermelons and ice cream ...Well I want to try to lose some of this pregnancy weight to, so will also try to start exercizing a little more .........

He was sick, But better Now ..
Just a copy and paste of the emails I sent for prayers ...
Poor Little Guy was sick on May 1st.......
I have to make it quick we are taking him to the docs this morning
...
He started with a fever last night about 8pm ...102.8 under the arm ...
He has some thing called Kidney reflux and we have to have him checked when fever over 101.00 ...we were at the ER till 2:30 did a throat culture and a cathader.....
He has a rare bacteria UTI they gave him a shot and sent us home to see his doctor today ....
he still has a fever and is very sick.....
Please Keep him in your thoughts and prayers Will update when we get back I am not sure if they will put him in hospital or not last time he was this sick he was in the hospital for 3 days
We got the results of the throat and urine culture and all is well............. No infections !!!!!! Just some mysterious ailment {{ I guess what ever they keep seeing as a rare bacteria is just something thats always there (( I'm not sure but will ask his uroligist about it next month )) }}..... ....
Poor Rylan James went through all that for nothing ......Thats just one of the reasons kidney reflux is a pain in the butt.....He has to be checked every time his temp is over 101.00 ........Well its almost summer and most of the nasty little viruses should be gone soon .....Thanks for all the prayers ....

A trip to Lithia Park
Rylan had his first try on the swings march 30th 2007 …He was very nonchalant about the whole deal…. I guess after I took Andrew over to the big swings Rylan started smiling …Little stinker …..That reminds me I never told how it went the day he started saying Dada ….Ok so he babbled it all day long and when Randy came home I didn’t tell him I wanted to see the look on his face when he heard it for the first time so………………………………………………….

I wanted to blurt out ‘HE SAID DADA” so bad, but I didn’t……..

Ok so anyways heres the film I took of Rylans first time on a swing …I ran out of batteries on my camera so I didn’t get a million pictures …Andrew had some film left on a camera left from Florida so we used that …Hopefully there will be some good pictures

He'll Take it with him !!
Rylan has figured out that he can takes things like the remote control with him as he crawls around ….It so funny watching him crawl around holding on to things… The look of accomplishment on his face is priceless…. His other fav to crawl with is a pair of his pants, they keep getting hung-up under his knees, he gives them a yank and a pull and ends up usually having to sit up to get them out from under his knees

Rylan won 2nd Place
Rylan Won 2nd place in the local wal-mart baby contest....I am so proud of him.. Woohooo....... Its the picture of him with the fishing pole from above........
I am soo excited LOL.... Ok so what did he win........He won a $59.00 photo package... I knew my baby boy was cute ....The baby that won first place was wearing Angel wings so thats fine with me......Beings, I am mama to 3 real angels !!!!!!!

Patty cake Bye Bye Boy Mommy Loves You ...
He PATTY~CAKES now AND waves BYE~BYE Started last week
Yesterday he said hi to our dog and then waved, I swear he really did !!!!!!
He is starting to show his independence by throwing little fits when he wants something that you take away from him ..It cute really it is LOL at least for now ….
He has his nine month doctor visit tomarrow.. I can’t wait to see how much he weighs now I making a guess of 22lbs …
I have heard the the docs like to do a iron check at this age and I think Rylan is going tol fail it ..He doesn’t like baby food to much yet and pretty much just gags and pukes on cherrios.. If he would eat rice cereal mixed with something other than milk that would be a big help for his iron levels… I am hoping that she will prescribe baby vitamins if he is low on iron at least till he figures out that he can get full on something other than milk J
Its been snowing off and on here for the past 3 or 4 days its so fun waking up to snow ….

He has a cold
Rylan had a little cough starting last Thursday.. It got worse friday and over the weekend has included a incredable snotty nose..Rylan changed it up last night and woke at 11pm 1:30 am 2:30 am 3:30 am 4:30 am 5:30 am...........Then Randy got up with him so i could sleep...... Managed to get him back to sleep at 8 am and his is still sleeping it 10:15.......... I of course woke up at 9 because he has trained me to only sleep for 3 hour streches at a time LOL.....

Bowling
Yesterday (Valentines Day and me and Randys 15 aniverrsery) The kids and I went bowling Rylan napped and we bowled...It was fun... Our video clips are to to the right....
Randy stayed home sick If I had know he was going to be home we would of stayed home but we already made the pl;ans :-(...I'm not sure if you all know he has had mono and now a cold on top of that...His doc (He went in on tuesday)has restricted him to only 30hrs a week of work....

My Poor Mobile Baby !!!!
Poor Rylan is getting battered over here since he has learned to crawl and pull himself up ..He now sports a almost black eye from falling on his little airplane ...a red welt mark on his forehead from falling by the sliding glass door and a red bump on the side of his head from a little stool he pulled on himself ....
Last night he forgot that he doesn't know how to stand without holding on to something(well he was holding a book) and fell face first on the floor ......
My poor little guy.... My heart just breaks when I hear him scream ....
I don't know how parents co-sleep with their children... Rylan sleeps in his room in his crib but I brought him into bed with me this morning, I usually nurse him in the rocker at night then stick him back in his crib but this morning I was tired and just wanted to go back to bed ....Well he fell asleep right away thatt was nice but then I was stuck, I didn't want to move and wake him up.... Boy That was uncomfortable.... I was very happy when he woke up 3 HOURS later LOL...My poor back ...

He crawls
Rylan started crawling last week ...Oh Boy he LOVES it LOL...I have been spending time chasing him around ...He now eats cheerios and gerber puffs ....His favorite food is still sweet potatos and turkey and he is working on getting a top tooth .....

January 24 Happy Birthday Andrew
WOW Andrew is 22 years old ..My gosh time does fly !!!! We went to walmart to see if he could find a good gift for himself but couldn't, so he is hanging on to his birthday dough for now....We met up with Mindi at wal-mart and she shopped around with us..... We then went to a really good Thi place and got the terriaki dinner to bring home ...Randy is still sick so that way we could have a birthday dinner together... for dessert we had cupcakes and ice cream...Andrew had a party last weekend at pizza and will have another party this coming weekend bowling with his friends.....

Randy has been home sick ...My mom made me and Randy blankets and Randy is using my pink paper dolls one LOL..His poker one is in the bedroom... Anyways this is where Rylan likes to hang out when he is on the floor Randy hasn't held him to much in the last 2 weeks because we don't know if he is contagious....

Snow day
Rylans first snow day was January 16 ..We woke up to no snow and it started snowing very lightly about 9 am ….It kept snowing till afternoon we got about 21/2 inches ….Rylan laughed when he looked out the window when he saw it….But didn’t want to touch it once we went out to take his picture …..
Well me and Rylan have picked up a ring worm from some where in the last few weeks… ..Rylan likes to scratch me when he nurses, kinda like a kitten or a little puppy does when they nurse its very cute LOL and I thought he had scratched me a little hard in one place it was really burning and hurting for about a week ..Then when I was changing his diaper the other day I noticed a ring on his upper thigh and it dawned on me that we have ring worm ….. OMG …………He sits from laying on his tummy all by himself now …..I can not believe how fast Rylan in learning things and growing up….

Rylans First Christmas
What a great Christmas it was .. We had Christmas dinner at our house ...I was busy in the kitchen all day and Rylan was busy being passed around and spoiled by Grandmas, Grandpas, Aunts Uncles, Cousins, brothers and his sister .....
The Accuser Becomes the Accused
Yep thats right Randy has been the one to say all along " We (((Well Me Because 'HE WOULDN'T DO SUCH A THING')) are not going to spoil the baby"
Hmmmm.....
I sent him to Toys-R-Us to pick up a exersaucer for Rylans Santa present and well I'm sure you have guessed by now, he came home with the most exspenceive one they had $120.00..
This is for something I was hoping to put in the bathroom for Rylan to play in while I take a shower LOL.......... Its so nice and he likes it so much we don't want to put it in the bathroom and its to big to be lugging all around the house, So next time I am at Toys R Us he is getting a cheapie for the bathroom......

Getting caught up Finally LOL….
Our trip to Florida was great fun I spent the last half of our vacation with no voice. I picked up laryngitis somewhere along the way …. Randy put his back out and its still out …Andrew ended up with a blister on the bottom of his foot and had to take lots of breaks along with ibruprofin the last two days but all and all we had a great time and didn’t want to come home ..
Our room was really nice 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with a whirlpool tub in the masterbath That bath felt so good after walking I swear 20 miles a day Rylan loved getting in too…. I have a feeling he is going to love the water he already moves his legs like a froggie in the water its so cute ….
We spent our first day shopping at walmart for a pack and play for Rylan and food for us to stock the kitchen and we ate breakfast in our room every morning and also had dinner a few times and lots of snacks to munch on …..
The first few days in the parks we tried to not eat during the day but changed our tune after a couple of days and started bringing snacks with us but that only lasted a few days too and then we started eating at the parks during the days you need food walking that much and breastfeeding …

We're Back !!!!!!!!!!!
Time to get caught up …….
Where ‘O Where do I start ……

We went to Florida from November 4th till November 15 and had a great time …Rylan , Andrew and me and Randy enjoyed the whole trip ….. We took over 1000 pictures and I am working on getting them organized and will be posting some along with details from our tip soon ,I hope…………..
Yesterday was Rylans First ThanksGiving we spent it at grandma Jessies house … We had a really nice time ……….
Before we left I was was giving Rylan some tylonal for teetheing and then was wiping his face, he was in his jump-a-roo and he jumped right while I was wiping and I poked his face with my thumb nail, he started screaming, I felt so bad and stated crying myself it was so sad .. I am not even sure where I poked him he doesn't have any marks, so I guess it wasn't to bad, but it broke my heart, my poor baby………
When we got home he had his first taste of sweet potatoes and loved them ….So far he has eaten carrots and squash rice cereal and now sweet potatoes…. He also has started drinking water out of a cup

Rylan now has his two front bottom teeth…He cut the first one on Halloween and the second a few days later…….

MMMMMMmmmm,,,,,,,,, Rice Cereal
Oh boy its been too long since I have made an update …..
Rylan has been enjoying rice cereal for a week now ..Last Saturday I had him try it again and he LOVED IT it was like he had been eating for years and we caught it all on video …..
We have been going out geocaching every weekend and that has been a lot of fun and we are getting some much needed exercise…Its funny me and Randy have lived here all our lives (well him born here, me here since I was 4 years old ) and we are seeing things that we never knew were here, like the totem pole at the collage (that we both went to LOL) and some parts of parks and bike paths, all new to us ……
New things Rylan is doing are grabbing both feet to play with them ..Yelling, yeah he likes to yell instead of scream when he wants something, maybe even just because he likes the way it sounds.. Its really cute at least for now its really cute…I can picture myself in a few years having to say “Rylan that’s enough yelling “ ……
This little baby boy is such a joy to have around ..I would of never thought I could be so happy again …But I am …..and it feels GOOD……

My Baby Found His Left Foot.....
This afternoon while me and Andrew were scrapbooking... I looked down and Rylan had a hold of his left foot( he was in his bouncy seat) He has continued to play with it the rest of the evening ....

Geocaching Today
We went geocaching today before Randy went to work it was fun …Randy spotted all the caches before me, but in my defense I was holding and looking at the GPS unit while he got to look around and explore , Well except for when he had me get out of the car and look all by myself for one….. I didn’t find it, he did when he got out to look…….. Ok in my defense we were beside a very busy HWY and I get nervous…. I have seen the shows on TV of the cops getting hit while giving out tickets on the side of the road…Told Randy I don’t want to do any more where we have to park on the side of busy HWYS …We are going out this Saturday to find some more…. I am planning on packing a picnic lunch for us …
Rylan really enjoyed getting to ride in the pack thing and napped when in the car … Have I ever mentioned what a perfect baby he is ??
One of the caches was at the cemetery where Wyatt and the girls are buried and we seen a new headstone for a baby boy born November 22 2004 (Wyatt was due about that same time ) and Died December 10 ? 2005 It really made me sad and I wondered what happened, was he sick or was it a car accident , you know ,why, what happened …
I also wonder what it would have been like to have Wyatt for a year to really get to know him and then loose him .. Its so sad ……….

He Reaches and He grabs
Rylan is really starting to reach and grab for things and still loves to sit and look at his hands...
Another one of his favorite things is running in place while he is in his bouncy seat ....This kid cracks me up with the faces he makes while he is "running off" I just know I am in for it in a few months LOL .......

Who in the heck lived my life when I was on bedrest ? This is the very short condenced version of our past week.........
Gonna try to catch up as quick as possible
Last Wednesday
Rylans 4 month check-up and immunizations. He woke up with a cold the day before had no fever till when we got to his appointment, then had a small fever, so we had to do the urine culture……..
What a pain in the butt..They put a bag on him and I had to bring it back in as soon as he peed and if it was after hours take the pee to the hospital, of course he peed at about 4:30 so by the time I got back into town it was after 5 pm so I took it to the hospital….
His urine was ok....It was a long day, he ended up having fever of 102 that night from the shots and it took me till 10 pm to find out his urine was clear....
The hospital had lost the results ( they did call yesterday and say there was some bacteria but its probably from being bagged instead of a cathader and since his fever is gone he is probably fine)
He weighed in at 16 lbs 11 oz
Last Thursday was the funeral for Chris there were a lot of people that loved him there by far the largest funeral I have ever been to…
Friday
My friend Rena was having a yard sale si I brought over some baby things and maternity clothes and stayed till about 11 am then came home
Saturday
Went to a geocaching meeting and met some fellow geocachers… We can’t wait to get started on our new hobby….
Sunday
I know we missed church I think we just stayed home…
Monday
Shopping at wal-mart then got a call that my grandma was going to the emergency room….She’s ok now and will be seeing a heart doctor soon….
Tuesday
Finished the shopping we started Monday went to bed at about 7 and got a good nights sleep rylan only woke up once the eat and slept till 7:30 am ….
Today we received our GPS and we are hoping to find our first (on our own) Geocach tomarrow …

Project Roll Over was A Sucess
Sunday Rylan Rolled over on his own and we caught it on video..
Earlier in the morning Randy was doing floor time with him and did give him a little nudge at one point and he rolled ...
Then after Randy went to spend time with his friend whose son died..
My friend Joanna and her baby Josiah the one that shares Rylans b-day came over to visit..
We had the boys on the floor, Rylan almost rolled over then, but I stopped him, so Randy coud watch when he came home...
After Randy got home we got out the video camera put Rylan on his belly and he rolled over on his own within 30 seconds ...He hasn't done it again since ....

A Tragedy Saturday
Saturday a very good friend of Randys/ours... Only son/child 19 yrs old was killed in a motorcycle accident he went head on into a dump truck and was killed instanly...Its so sad and brings up so many emotions...The total devastation, its just heartbreaking...

Rylan did OK his first night not swaddled, went to bed at 8:30pm and woke at 10:30pm then at 2am awake again. I left him in his bed he fell back asleep then awoke at 3am Daddy got him up to bring to mommy to eat Daddy said he was all smiles when he saw daddy......Then he woke again at 5:30 am Mommy tried the pacifer and he took it but still wanted to have a snack 5 minutes later ..We got up for the day at 8:30 am .....
